1General Provisions

dk1111 ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online gaming and betting service provider operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply between dk1111 and its users ("User", "you").

3Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

• You must not share your login details with anyone.
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify dk1111 immediately.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.

4Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳300. Deposit details must be completely accurate. dk1111 will not be responsible for funds lost due to incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10-45 minutes. However, withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is not complete or if unusual activity is suspected.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.

• Funds held during a withdrawal request cannot be wagered.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on dk1111 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 100% bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. For example — depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. To receive the maximum bonus, depositing ৳42,000 adds ৳20,000 in bonus funds, for a total of ৳62,000.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (you must place bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount). The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be used once — every offer has a set expiry period.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the set period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• dk1111 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

dk1111 is committed to ensuring fair play. All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is fair and impartial. No player or third party can influence the outcome of any game.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has set minimum and maximum bet limits. Bet limits may differ when playing with bonus funds. Any bet placed in excess of the set limits will be considered void.

6.3 Technical Issues

Bets in progress during a technical fault or server outage may be declared void and the relevant funds will be returned. Incorrect payouts displayed due to a software or hardware error will not be considered valid.

6.4 Live Betting

Odds in live sports betting may change at any time based on match conditions. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds will not change. If an event is cancelled, the funds for the related bet will be returned.

7Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure with the full balance potentially forfeited:

dk1111 reserves the right to identify suspicious activity. An account may be temporarily suspended during an investigation.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the dk1111 platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, text and other elements — is the intellectual property of dk1111 or its respective licensors.

• You may view dk1111's content for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• No content may be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission.
• Third parties may not use dk1111's name, logo or brand assets.
• Reverse engineering or decompiling the platform's software is strictly prohibited.

9Limitations and Disclaimer of Liability

dk1111 will not be liable in the following situations:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
• Service disruption due to third-party attacks, cyber incidents or natural disasters.
• Data breaches or account hacking resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Financial loss arising from game outcomes or the result of a bet.
• Balance lost (bonus funds) as a result of account closure due to a rule violation.

dk1111 always strives to ensure uninterrupted service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance — users will be notified in advance where possible.

10Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may close your account at any time. Contact the support team via live chat or email. You must withdraw your balance before closing your account — your balance may not be recoverable after the account is closed.

10.2 Closure by dk1111

dk1111 may close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• To comply with instructions from legal or regulatory authorities.

The remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) of an account closed for valid reasons will be refunded.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive if there are no transactions for 12 consecutive months. A minimum maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. An inactive account with a zero balance may be deleted automatically.

11Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact dk1111's customer service team first. We review all complaints with honesty and transparency.
